Welcome to Cimple Tech! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging with Cimple Tech ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Cimple Tech offers services including but not limited to web development, app development, Email marketing, graphic designing, IT solutions, and project-based digital services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Pause or stop work on the project until payment is received.
Refuse delivery of the completed project.
Charge a late fee depending on the delay duration.
Take legal action if necessary, as Cimple Tech is a legally registered Australian company.
Clients must provide all required details, assets, and responses promptly.
Delays in communication or approvals from the client will directly impact the project timeline, and Cimple Tech is not responsible for any resulting delays.
If a client fails to respond for an extended period, the project may be put on hold or terminated (see Section 9 on Termination).
If a client cancels the project, refunds will be calculated based on the work already completed.
If a client changes their mind after the project has started, additional charges may apply.
Refunds will only be issued if Cimple Tech fails to meet the agreed-upon expectations.
If Cimple Tech terminates a project, client will receive a refund after deducting costs for completed work and penalties.
Each project includes two (2) free revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be charged extra.
Additional revisions do not mean a complete redesign of the project; only minor changes will be accommodated.
Bug fixes and maintenance after 30 days post-delivery will be chargeable.
Teaching/Training (e.g., how to post content on WordPress, manage users, or use the delivered solution) is not included and will be charged separately.
Upon full payment, the client owns the source code and design assets, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cimple Tech retains licensing rights for any proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks used in the project, which means they cannot be resold or reused outside the agreed scope.
Cimple Tech reserves the right to use the completed project in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
Cimple Tech is not liable for any AI-generated errors, third-party updates, licensing changes, or disruptions.
If third-party APIs, hosting services, or platforms used in the project experience failures or updates, Cimple Tech is not responsible for any issues arising from them.
Fails to pay on time
Is unresponsive for an extended period

Clients who request termination before project completion will receive a partial refund, deducting costs for work completed and additional penalties for unresponsiveness.
Cimple Tech does not guarantee that any project will be 100% error-free or function perfectly under all conditions.
Cimple Tech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Clients are responsible for securing their own hosting, credentials, and sensitive data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
